GMC Employee family discount??? How much do they give if you have a relative that works for GM?

I'm buying a car and they asked if I had a realitive that works for GM. Does anyone know how much you would get off of the car if you had a realitive that worked for GM. I think it's a curtain percent off the car. Someone told me 17%off but that seams high. Please help if you know. Thanks a lot.

1. You generally get the car for slightly more then the dealership paid for it.
2. It used to be 22% off MSRP less transportation for GM employees and immediate family members. In todays actual market, if you shop around (and looking at a model that is not in short supply) you can actually find a better deal than a GM employee!
3. GM employees get the automobile for 3% under what the dealer paid for it. GM then reimburses the dealer for the difference.
