Where can I get the best deals on window curtains?

Looking for cheap discount sheers, blinds, and panels. Anyone know where to get closeouts on these. Prefer not to shop online. Large metropolitan area nearby. Thanks.

3. If you aren't in a time crunch, the thrift stores are great and there are a lot of variety in there as well.
4. You might try Ross, or a J C Penneys Outlet.
5. Value city, JC Penny,K-mart . target, Ikea ,check the clearance section right now would be great because most stores are going though invertroy, where they want to un-load most of thier stock. Family Dollar ,Big Lots, Wal-Mart,K -mart for Blinds they start at $4.00
6. I would try the discount outlet places: Ross, TJ Maxx, Steinmart, Tuesday Morning, etc. They usually specialize in decor items. These will usually be mismatched designer pieces. You can also check the dollar stores, Big Lots, and the Wal-Mart type places for lower quality. You can get fabric on clearance at Walmart, sometimes 1 dollar a yard in big amounts to get the windows covered. Window treatments are not complicated, it is straight line sewing...so it would be an easy project for almost anyone. You can even use iron adhesives, or tape for a no sew project.

8. check your local classifieds, want ad digest, www.craigslist.org, people redecorate all the time, you may be able to pick up some great deals 2nd hand. good luck
